MyBSWHealth is a online tool where you can communicate with your providers, schedule an appointment, access and manage your family’s health and pay your bill online.
Please have your pharmacy fax a refill request to our office. We will attempt to respond to the request within the next working day.
Please understand that there are many changes in insurance coverage occurring. Some changes you may be aware of and some you may not. We will verify your coverage prior to your office visit and will attempt to inform you of any issues. We participate in almost all insurance plans including Medicare Advantage plans. We do not participate in several of the Humana Plans.
Patients are expected to pay the required co-pay, deductible, and co-insurance at the time of their office visit. We will file your insurance for you and you will receive a monthly statement showing the status of your account. All accounts are expected to be paid within 90 days.
