We provide a range of on-site diagnostic technology that includes magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), ultrasound, X-ray, computed tomography (CT) scan and bone densitometry (DEXA).
Non-Surgical Treatments
We evaluate each patient to determine the basic cause of pain and use the most conservative course of treatment — including medications, injections and therapy — to provide long- lasting relief.
Surgical Services
When surgery is indicated, advanced and minimally invasive procedures are performed on an outpatient basis and without a hospital stay.

Getting Ready For Your Visit

In order for us to provide the best care for you, it is very important that you bring the following items to your visit:

  • Photo ID
  • A list of your current medications
  • Any and all X-rays films, imaging studies and CDs
  • Insurance information and card
  • Information about what treatments and medications have been tried in the past
  • Medical records from prior visits that you think may be helpful

Financial Responsibility

We realize how confusing the medical billing process can be and are here to help you. Please feel free to call with any billing questions or concerns. We are also able to offer payment arrangements for those who qualify.

About your financial responsibility

Canceling an Appointment

Our appointments are confirmed by an automated service. Please listen carefully and follow the prompts to either confirm or cancel your appointment. If you later decide that you are unable to keep your appointment or you are going to be late, please call your physician’s office as soon as possible. This courtesy allows us to be of service to other patients.

Prescription Refills

Our preferred method for refilling prescriptions is to have your pharmacist call our office with your name and the prescription you need to be refilled. Because we do not have access to your medical records at night or on weekends, we are unable to refill prescriptions during those times.
