Dr. Polachek is a proud member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the American Orthopaedic Foot & Ankle Society. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and golden retriever, playing basketball, hiking, camping, traveling and cheering on the Buffalo Bills.
