Moms on the move!

Participating in an exercise program helps expectant mothers make the most of the bodies' ability to work, rest, play and recover from pregnancy.

This program is designed to manage common occurrences associated with pregnancy and assist expectant mothers in preparing for childbirth.

Program information

Classes are ongoing and you can join at anytime and enjoy any combination of classes. Drop-ins are also welcomed.

Member fees

Classes are FREE to members of Baylor Tom Landry Health & Wellness Center.

Non-member fees*

  • 12 classes: $220
  • 8 classes: $150
  • 4 classes: $100
  • Drop-in rate: $30

*Unused classes are non-refundable and classes expire six months after purchase

Classes

H20 Yoga

  • Tuesdays and Thursdays
  • 5:30 p.m. - Small Pool
  • No swimming skills are required for this low impact aquatics class

Yoga

  • Saturdays
  • 10:30 a.m. - Studio C
  • A mixture of yoga postures and breathing techniques taught to women at all stages of pregnancy to help prepare for childbirth. Open to all levels of yoga experience, as well as moms-to-be at all stages of pregnancy.

Me and Baby Yoga

  • Tuesdays
  • 10 a.m. - Studio C
  • This class is appropriate for moms and children ages 4 weeks to 2 years
