Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Our EAP through Cigna offers no-cost confidential support on a variety of emotional health topics. With your BSW benefits, you receive three, free in-person sessions with a trained behavioral counselor. Other services include:

  • Senior care
  • Free legal and financial consultations (30 minutes each) and up to 25% in discounts on select services
  • Articles, resources and webinars

Mission and Ministry

BSW chaplains offer ministry and support for all faiths to aid healing when life has been disrupted by illness, death or stress, including:

  • Grief and bereavement counseling
  • Advanced care planning
  • Religious resources outside the hospital, such as a pastor, priest, minister, rabbi, imam or spiritual adviser of your choice

Addiction Recovery Support

We've partnered with Enterhealth to offer eligible employees and family members free, unlimited access to support and the opportunity for better addiction recovery.

The Enterhealth Connect portal delivers Advanced Recovery Support learning modules. It's free, confidential and available 24/7 to all employees and their families. It's a real solution to this real problem.
